At Ironclad we are at a unique inflection point, building for scale as we are poised for exponential growth. In this role you will build a team and drive initiatives that bring to life our culture and define our employee experience. 
As the Director of People Programs, you will be responsible for evolving Ironclad’s talent strategy and delivering programs at moments that matter over the employee lifecycle. Building on a strong foundation, you will shape Ironclad’s onboarding, employee engagement, employee development, and talent management programs for our next phase of growth. 
This role will require you to operate in an agile environment- and build, at times from the ground up. As a team, we are excited by innovation and want someone who can match their experience with new ideas, empowering employees with the tools and training to craft a career at Ironclad. In this role you will be a key member of the people leadership team, contributing to our overall people & company strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable our employees through tools, training, and systems to build a career at Ironclad
  • Reinforce our learning and feedback culture through programs and process
  • Empower our managers with resources, training, and coaching to build and develop high performing teams
  • Evolve our talent management programs including employee feedback, and performance process 
  • Define an employee engagement philosophy and evolve our engagement survey and programs
  • Grow our employee onboarding program to be successful at scale with a distributed team in a hybrid working environment
  • Ensure that all talent programs reflect our company values and create a culture of inclusion
  • Build a team to bring programs to life and tailor experiences for key audiences

Key Skills & Attributes

  • You have 10+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, learning & development, or another related business function
  • You have experience working in collaborative and agile environments to drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders and influence outcomes
  • You are curious, love to learn, and  create opportunities for others to learn
  • You have designed, deployed and managed full-cycle talent enablement programs
  • You have experience with instructional design, program development, facilitation, developing innovative talent enablement programs
  • Strong project management skills and an orientation to build for scale leveraging technology and partnershipsYou have experience building and managing a team of experienced professionals
