What We Are Looking For: Uniphore Technologies Inc, a global Conversational AI technology company, is seeking an experienced Sales Engineering Operations Director to join our fast-growing global Sales Engineering team. As the leader of the Sales Engineering Operations team, this person would be responsible for overseeing and managing a team that supports, enables, and drives our sales engineering team to be a world class organization and become our client’s trusted technical advisor in the area of conversational service automation. 
ResponsibilitiesCandidate is expected to have knowledge about the contact center industry related technology infrastructure and peripheral solutions. Collaborate with Product Management, Product Engineering, and Global Delivery to design, develop, and implement tools and applications using Uniphore’s industry-leading Conversational engagement platform to advocate and highlight the value of our solutions and services. Define and develop tools, processes, and methodologies that create best practices in the area of Sales Engineering productivity, efficiency, and operations. Strategize and innovate on use cases, tools, and product demonstration capabilities that Sales Engineering uses for presentations and technical validation. Develop and optimize tools and templates used by Sales Engineering for discovery, design, and proposals. Maintain on-going learning and relevant technical knowledge by attending education/industry workshops, reviewing industry publications and interacting with ecosystem partners. 
Qualifications/ Required skills: 7+ years experience in the contact center industry with a ISV, VAR, or SaaS company, preferably within Sales Engineering. 4+ years of people management experience with demonstrated experience in building high performing teams and leading technical programs. Excellent verbal & written communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and organizations. Ability to drive the planning and execution of technology program roadmap and team’s goals and objectives. Adept at learning and applying new technologies and solving new problems Knowledge and experience of the various services and capabilities of cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
