The Role

Our ideal candidate is highly entrepreneurial, strategic, and results-oriented with proven success in building and leading regional sales teams, building sales programs and processes, and cross-functional collaboration.  You will be managing and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives. The teams you lead will directly impact the growth of our overall organization. You will coach your team to develop in their careers, and inspire your team to do the best work of their life. 

Cool Things You’ll Do

  • Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring and training
  • Provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required
  • Develop and implement the best and most effective processes, tools and motivational activities to support sales activities that are rooted in solid, repeatable practices
  • Hold people responsible for performance, define and manage the monthly and quarterly sales objectives and build internal metrics to bring detailed visibility to sales performance
  • Measure and manage the pipeline, and provide accurate ongoing forecasts
  • Drive sales cycles for critical wins, successfully uncover problems, present solutions, manage the sales cycle and close deals in important and high-visibility transactions
  • Lead initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement
  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
  • Successfully manage significant client escalations and issues

What you Bring to the Table

  • 10+ years of over-quota achievement selling enterprise software / SaaS solutions
  • 5+ years of sales management experience of similar sized teams
  • Proven track record selling to C-level customers and closing sales in large complex organizations
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team-first approach
  • Existing knowledge and established relationships in SaaS sales 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience leading metrics-driven sales organization that splits between larger enterprise deals as well as smaller semi-transactional deal flow
  • Strong consultative sales skills and relationship building
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and be comfortable with technical product offerings
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, management, and career development skills and experience
  • Bonus points for: Deep technical knowledge of web infrastructure and content management software
