Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon. 
Our client is a high-end retailer who prides themselves on presenting customers superior fashion bags and slippers. Their customers expect and must receive excellent levels of customer support and service. This project requires our Mods to deliver white glove customer support. It requires precise communication and excellent grammar, with perfect writing skills, while answer phones and replying to email tickets.
If you enjoy fashion and expect this type of service when you are a shopper, then this project is ideal for you.We welcome candidates to apply and complete all parts of the application, with special emphasis on complete answers and error-free writing.
The project will entail both tickets and phone (inbound and outbound) support.
Project hours: 6 am to 2 pm PST, Monday through Friday. Project will be expanding to weekends as the holidays approach.
Minimum hourly requirement: 15 hours per week
Minimum commitment: 90 days

The ideal mod:

  • Has a quiet work environment for incoming calls
  • Accurately addresses any ticket issue
  • Is available a minimum of 15 hours per week with weekend availability
  • Communicates with customers with empathy and understanding
  • Knows how to utilize open ended questions to understand any problems and concerns
  • Has excellent English grammar skills
  • Understands the importance of maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Represents our clients brand in all their transactions
  • Conducts discussions with eloquence and deep customer concern
