Position Summary
As a Site Reliability Engineer at Vivun, you will be working closely with the CTO and technology leaders to build reliable and operable systems. The most successful candidates will be both excellent software engineers and excellent communicators--individuals capable of building performant, scalable, and highly automated, self-healing systems that meet business objectives and are understandable, diagnosable and maintainable by humans.
Vivun embraces a DevOps culture of shared responsibility for the reliability of applications and infrastructure. As such, you can expect to collaborate closely with members of the product and engineering teams to ensure non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, security, and maintainability are met. We hope you’re excited to contribute to the evolution of the team’s culture, and to synthesize and defend goals worth aiming at. We need visionaries who can effectively communicate right-sized plans and rally the team to achieve worthwhile goals. We also need those with the abilities and skills to execute against those plans.
