We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and driven Sales Administration Manager who has a demonstrated track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with high-performing Sales teams in a rapidly growing startup environment. As an analytical and creative problem solver, you will use data and qualitative information to help track and support key aspects of our strategic planning process and GTM design. This will include supporting the continued improvement of our executive reporting, health of business reviews, dashboards, and Sales/Marketing key performance metrics. This role has the opportunity to steer and shape the business processes that are essential to Sales productivity, including optimizations across tools and systems to achieve sales targets. 
Reporting to and operating as the right-hand to the EVP Sales, Ad Measurement, this role will be working highly cross-functionally with our Sales, Finance, Data, Marketing, Operations, Product and Client Success teams to ensure the appropriate objectives and business KPIs are achieved. Success in this role requires you to be a self-starter and highly organized, with the ability to create scalable processes that can help support high-impact Sales initiatives.   • Manage Sales metrics and KPIs and report out on a regular cadence.  As well as, surfacing insights and impactful data from internal company intelligence (sales revenue, projections, win/loss, activity, etc.). Ensure all metrics/insights are accurate and consistent, easy-to-understand and actionable.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform business strategy and improve efficiency.
  • Act as the central expert offering recommendations, reporting dashboards and processes while also helping to define Sales metrics and dashboards.
  • Create/update/modify Salesforce reports and dashboards as needed in conjunction with management.
  • Help build a high-performing and connected Sales team with discipline, routines, strategic vision, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Operationalize the Sales team’s vision by setting a foundation of Agile frameworks, structure, and processes; coach the team on utilization of Agile practices and adapt to ensure team adoption is well received. 
  • Support initiatives that will drive sales productivity on a per sales rep basis - new opportunities generated, win rate, bookings, and revenue.
  • Manage overall sales processes and operational best practices including process improvements and workflows for scale and efficiency. Help create and document standard sales procedures. 
  • Support the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure maximum efficiency in day-to-day operations.  This includes training on new tools; providing timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics; understanding and following sales guidelines, process and procedures, and utilizing recommended best-practices.
  • On-board new Sales team members and Account Managers: train them on process, procedures, and sales reporting, and review tools, i.e., Asana, Engage and Salesforce.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Business Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver solutions that maximize growth.  
  • Lead cross-functional Sales initiatives, working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Client and Business Operations teams to perform stakeholder interviews, business alignment, requirements gathering, change management, communication, & success measurement.
  • Establish business routines and develop reporting to create awareness and visibility across the functions within the group.
  • Identify performance and efficiency improvements that support focus areas by designing optimal workflows that unlock productivity and accelerate execution.
  • Track and keep the EVP, Sales and members of the extended leadership team apprised of progress on key priorities, projects, and initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing materials for all-company, executive and board meetings.
  • Liaise internally with Legal, Finance, and Account Management
  • Work with Accounting to ensure customers are billed according to terms. 
  • Verify order information is correct on each order when received.
  • Read and review agreements and amendments and ensure key terms, pricing, windowing is properly translated from the agreement to Salesforce database and provide feedback on any nuances to our Sales team and make necessary updates when needed.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations and deadlines are met.


  • 7+ years of sales operations experience, preferably in a related industry
  • Strong analytical skills and discernment. Ability and passion to analyze, set priorities, and tackle sophisticated business problems
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written. Propensity to synthesize sophisticated concepts and data and present clear information to executives, cross-functional teams, and internal customers
  • Proficient in BI and sales tools (Salesforce, Tableau)
  • Self-starter driven by results with the ability to multitask. Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment with a “can do” demeanor and Agile mindset.
  • You enjoy organization and process improvement with an eye for detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while dealing with ambiguity
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influence skills. Experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end. Ability to negotiate priorities across organizations at all levels
  • An appetite for customer service, patience, and resourcefulness
