About Your Role:
As a Senior Product Manager at Sendoso, you’ll have full ownership of a core set of product capabilities for our sales and marketing users. These users make up the majority of our user base and their adoption and usage of the platform is critical to Sendoso’s success as an organization. You will own projects from ideation to delivery, focusing on improving adoption, lifting engagement, and embedding Sendoso into the workflows of our sales and marketing users. You will obsess about building intuitive user experiences and using data (both quantitative and qualitative) to drive decisions and consensus within Sendoso.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Own end-to-end capabilities of the product for sales and marketing use cases from conception to adoption
  • Focus on ensuring our sales and marketing users adopt our platform, stay engaged through their journey with us, and successfully embed and integrate Sendoso within their workflows
  • Dream up the coolest and unique ways to WOW our sales and marketing users and their gift recipients
  • Work directly with customers and executives to define a roadmap for your product area
  • Translate the upcoming product roadmap into clear stories and PRDs for engineering 
  • Collaborate with the user research, design and engineering teams to execute on the product roadmap
  • Coordinate with CX and Marketing to launch new features, monitor their adoption and iterate on customer feedback and data insights


  • 4+ years of product management experience with a focus on building user facing products
  • Produced clear and concise product roadmaps and requirement specifications
  • Driven results through cross-functional collaboration - design, engineering, marketing, partnerships, creative teams, and executive leadership
  • Defined and measured success of features launched to optimize activation, engagement and retention 

Bonus Points If You Have...

  • Prior experience as a sales or marketing professional
  • Prior experience building e-commerce products
  • Have expert knowledge of the sales and marketing automation tech stack
