Position Summary
The Demand Generation Manager will oversee all of the tactics used to develop and cultivate long-term customer relationships. They will use their skills and strategic knowledge to help our organization enter and succeed in new markets, advertise and sell new products, and fine-tune our customer experience programs.

What You Will Do

  • Drive growth through campaigns across multiple channels (webinars, events, display, SEO, SEM, social, partnerships, email) including owning the pipeline generation number, setting the strategy, developing forecasts, evaluating appropriate budgets, and measuring results.
  • Manage and optimize the relationship with agency partners and internal teams that support all growth marketing needs for the company.
  • Ideate, launch, and measure marketing campaigns with the goal of generating net new pipeline and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure a coherent go-to-market strategy.
  • Take a data-driven approach to customize marketing assets and develop initiatives that align with the customer journey and sales-buying stages.
  • Work cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams to produce targeted, personalized assets that engage and convince target accounts to move through the sales funnel.
  • Develop and manage nurturing programs and introduce lead scoring to identify sales-ready prospects.
  • Implement new processes and technology to streamline demand generation.

You're A Great Fit If..

  • 4+ years demand generation/growth marketing experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization; preferably start-up experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with inside sales teams, including experience with Salesforce, and Hubspot.
  • Experience running multi-channel strategies, leveraging data to improve performance, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience targeting customers in Education(School Districts) is a plus.
  • Strong technical marketer, with solid expertise of MarTech stack and how it supports marketing efforts especially around marketing automation and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft) 
  • You pick up on technical things quickly, enjoy learning new skills and knowledge, and are adept at staying ahead of the curve on relevant industry, company, product, and technical knowledge.
  • Proven experience building and managing large lead databases across multiple industries, that allow for accurate segmentation for both inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
  • Possess a strong mix of B2B marketing experience in SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise.
  • Self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills, stellar worth ethic, and hungry to succeed.
