As a Junior Specialist for Emburse Cards and Abacus, you will partner closely with the two teams to help the organization grow revenue through Card and traditional SaaS based revenue models. You will work closely with sales leaders to provide actionable insights and recommendations to accelerate the adoption of Emburses' Cards solutions. You will also help maintain and log the data that we use to track transactional revenue deals in Emburse Cards, while mitigating losses on the Abacus platform through onboarding.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct onboarding calls to determine use-cases and estimate spend usage
  • Conduct manual risk reviews of potential prospects by following existing risk guidelines and looking for ways to continuously innovate the processes
  • Perform ongoing threat assessments and spending behaviors of existing clients to regulate threshold increase requests
  • Develop formal reporting for sales effectiveness and productivity. Conduct metric reviews with sales management
  • Report on and support pipeline processes, including pipeline generation, bookings forecasting, and churn forecasting
  • Document essential processes and rules of engagement; help enforce those processes with the sales organization
  • Develop a deep understanding of how sales data is captured and how it ties to underlying business processes

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of sales operations experience in a fintech business desired
  • 1+ years of experience in a position handling financial products / fraud is preferred
  • Exceptional quantitative and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Expertise using Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self starter that delivers quality work in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently when needed and open to collaboration when needed
