Dragos is seeking a Director of HR that has a passion for building and promoting an inclusive workplace culture where individuals can collaborate and thrive in a global environment.  In this role you will be key in driving and implementing programs and process that enhance culture, strategy development, organization Design, talent management, employee effectiveness, change management and functional HR integration. Responsibilities

  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
  • Lead company’s compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Department of Labor, worker compensation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
  • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
  • Ability to work closely with international counterparts to limit workplace issues due to the multicultural nature of our business.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members through the process of understanding the needs and responsibilities of human resources within a large multi-national organization

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR experience in a dynamic global environment, with specific experience in strategy development organizational design, talent management and change management.
  • Previous experience managing multiple client groups (globally) and prioritizing associated projects in a fast-paced and high-volume, complex environment
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and/or HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
