The Human Resource Coordinator supports the daily functions of the People Operations Department,facilitating the efficient flow of communication and processes. We are looking for 2 part time coordinators who will help to maintain all forms of HR operations and complete various administrative tasks.
This is an ideal gig for HR coordinator/specialist who wants to supplement their current hours by supporting our weekend operation.
This is an immediate part time, W2 20 hours per week permanent role! Unique for consistency and its flexibility outside of the normal Monday through Friday work schedule.
Successful applicant has a a prior experience in onboarding process steps from its initiation to the finish until the person is ready for production.
Saturday and Sunday work required, 8 hours minimum daily with 2-4 hours during the week for team meetings and training
Duties/Responsibilities:
 Performs customer service functions by promptly responding to requests and questions viaemail, slack, Zendesk and other systems. Processes and follows-up on requests such as onboarding, off-boarding, employee,independent contractor information, and other items. Assists with accurate record keeping, tracking and auditing. Helps to administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Supports team with payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruiting and other HR programs. Provides support with performance processes including corrective actions, peopledevelopment, career pathing and terminations. Assists with training, orientations, and presentations. Completes other related duties as assigned. Provides coverage on weekends and holidays.

Education and Experience

  • At least two years of HR experience in a corporate setting.
Successful candidate will be working remotely, any location within US is acceptable.Some weekend work required, preference give to candidates who can work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
