DescriptionTreasure Data’s marketing team is looking for an experienced Director of Content Marketing to lead our content marketing efforts to drive increased awareness and to support lead generation and sales efforts. This role will drive thought leadership, support go-to-market campaigns, influence SEO strategy and work closely with the PR team. 
The ideal candidate should have deep, hands-on expertise with content marketing, is a great editor and writer, is comfortable with different media types (written, video, social, visual) and has broad awareness of digital channels including web, social, account based marketing and email. Experience in delivering highly effective content strategies is critical. This position is a remote position within the United States.
Responsibilities- Drive the content marketing strategy and execution for Treasure Data including building a team and working closely with vendors such as content, SEO and PR agencies- Bring a deep understanding of B2B technology and marketing along with storytelling skills to be able to produce high quality and compelling content- Be a key part of thought leadership strategy discussions and lead or partner with a vendor or other team for execution- Manage a rolling 12-month content calendar interfacing with regional teams on key assets for specific geos- Track content effectiveness including reach, volume, conversions and inclusion in sales pipeline discussions. Define the best metrics and success criteria for traffic, engagement, brand awareness and intent- Contribute to content as a creator (writer, speaker) as well as an editor- Become a subject matter expert on the industry and represent the category or Treasure Data in forums such as conferences, webinars or podcasts- Collaborate and build relationships with broad cross-functional partners including product marketing, creative and design, campaigns, marketing ops, analytics, product, and external partners and agencies

Minimum Qualification- 6+ years experience with Content Marketing at B2B, technology or software companies- Deep expertise with content strategy, keyword research, content/topic demand analysis, landing page optimization- Excellent problem solving skills and analytical skills including analyzing data, reporting data, developing hypotheses, synthesizing insights & recommendations- Hands-on experience with content creation across a variety of media and channels- Experience presenting ideas to key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal and external cross-functional teams- Familiar with typical marketing campaign strategies and tactics including account based marketing, awareness campaigns, demand-gen campaigns, persona-based marketing, performance marketing, and partner marketing - Keeps up with content and digital marketing trends and best practices- Ability to take initiative and deliver results in remote or in-office environments- Bachelor’s degree or higher - Strong public speaking skillWho we are: Treasure Data employees are enthusiastic, data-driven and customer-obsessed.
