We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us scale our Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design teams within the United States and Canada. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring teams as a strategic partner, own the recruiting process end to end, build robust and diverse talent pipelines, champion a best-in-class candidate experience, and lead key projects to up-level how we find and recruit talent. You are someone who enjoys having a dynamic set of responsibilities and the runway to innovate, build, and lead.
The Recruiting team at Wonolo partners closely with Leadership to build and execute recruiting strategies that enable growth. What you'll do:

  • Own the recruiting process end to end, from sourcing to close, for our Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design teams
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to find hidden Engineering and Product talent, with a special focus on increasing the presence of underrepresented groups in our pipeline
  • Strategize on creative ways to attract and engage passive candidates, championing our mission and values in every interaction
  • Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize hiring needs, align expectations, and deploy an effective interview process with a high touch experience for every candidate
  • Leverage recruiting data to identify opportunities for efficiencies within our hiring process
  • Uphold our commitment to representation and inclusion through sourcing efforts and a structured interview process
  • Work with the broader team on various process improvements, programs, and strategic initiatives

Who you are:

  • 2+ years experience recruiting or sourcing for engineering positions
  • You embody putting users first and care deeply about providing a memorable experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • You love finding and engaging passive talent using creative sourcing strategies across a variety of channels
  • You are methodical and able to execute in a quickly growing environment
  • You are a scrappy and creative problem solver, and enjoy finding new ways to improve how we work
  • You are data driven and see the value of recruiting metrics to understand gaps and identify opportunities
  • You demonstrate a substantial commitment to advancing representation and inclusion in and outside the workplace
