Position Summary:As a key member of the Enterprise Solutions & Applications (ESA) PMO team you will play a crucial role in supporting and contributing to strategic initiatives and building and maintaining relationships with the business community.  You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, specifying and validating the business needs of project stakeholders, as well as devising and designing business process requirements to support maximizing business systems’ effectiveness and efficiency.  Key Responsibilities:This role works in constant collaboration with the business Subject Matter Expert (SME), the ESA Business Relationship Manager (BRM), the Business Solutions Manager (BSM) and with the project and demand management teams to help ensure successful deliveryAlways have a clear understanding of the current enterprise project portfolio and its applicable roadmap, building a stronger relationship and partnership with our business stakeholdersFacilitate interviews and process workshops to gather requirements from key stakeholders, while also identifying opportunities to improve the business, using information technology as an enablerGather and document business requirements against key processes, including cataloging personas, with a focus on the tomorrow solution, using agile / design thinking methodologyElicit from and collaborate with the BSM on the applicable technology strategy, including an understanding of any systems integration or data managementWork to identify both process and/or technology gaps and risks, including any possible mitigationIn collaboration with the business SME build user stories translated from to-be use-case(s) and process(s), functional and non-functional requirements, including success criteriaHelp maintain the Enterprise Use Case Library, a collection of all standard and edge use cases cataloged by project and/or functional business areaWork to identify user story dependencies; participate in both Grooming and Planning working sessions to validate user story definition, impact, priority and valueSetup both the templated UAT program and templated Enablement (end user training) programs for the business SMEs, providing support to them in their program’s developmentBe an active participant in any applicable process and/or systems deployment·       Be an active participant in all of the ESA Communications programs to promote and support all enterprise, Enablement, CIO and/or ESA initiative·       All other tasks and duties as assigned   Required Experience: ·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceStrong understanding and experience with business process analysis and design, with proven ability to lead stakeholders through detailed process workshopsExperience with gathering business requirements, analyzing and synthesizing into solution proposals; including presenting the material back to the applicable audienceFamiliarity with project management methodology and processes including the software development life cycleExperience with modeling tools relating to process, data, and workflow at the conceptual level Demonstrated experience in developing training plans, materials and conducting training sessions Experience in creating complex test plans and quality assurance plans to validate new systems Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to work on multiple projects concurrentlyHighly proficient in Microsoft applications: Excel, PowerPoint, WordExcellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening and facilitatingExcellent organizational, and problem solving skillsIt is the policy of PointClickCare to ensure equal employment opportunity without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, religion, national origin, status, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other basis protected by law.
