As Talent Acquisition Coordinator you report to the Senior Talent Manager, and are responsible for creating and owning the candidate experience to attract and hire the best and brightest employees as League continues to scale.

In this role, you will:

  • Are a trusted partner who continuously works to improve the candidate experience 
  • Schedule & coordinate interviews for the talent managers and hiring managers
  • Manage scheduling and feedback for candidates who come through external agencies
  • Execute and report on candidate feedback survey results 
  • Ensure employee referrals are contacted in a timely manner
  • Assists the talent managers with the recruiting event strategy
  • Provide a smooth transition process between recruitment and onboarding
  • Continuously review and revise interview and outreach templates in the ATS
  • Ensure consistent talent brand through job postings and external presence
  • Support campus recruiting activities and co-op program with direction from the talent managers
  • Are the onsite representative for the talent team, and provide office tours and ensure candidates are taken to meeting rooms where they are interviewing in a timely manner
  • Complete the reference and background checks process  for all candidates
  • Provide additional administrative support to talent managers as needed

  • Familiar with recruitment processes
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environmentPassion for building and refining processes and practices
  • Strong in influencing and teaching others
  • Builds strong relationships with hiring managers and members of People team
  • Passion and interest in diversity and inclusion-related recruitment strategies
