Reporting to the Vice President, Product Engineering Operations, the Director of Product Analytics will lead cross-functional effort to provide analytics capabilities for internal use to measure customer usage, engagement, and value realization across our product portfolio. You will define and prioritize business requirements, work with product managers to define value metrics for each product, and work with technical teams to define and implement appropriate solutions. You will balance longer-term strategic vision with the need to provide tactical insights to drive business decision-making. You drive results through influence.   Key Responsibilities:- Develop overall vision and business case to invest in product analytics capabilities- Gain deep understanding of metrics of adoption, engagement, retention, and task completion- Work with experts to define the metrics that are best leading indicators of targeted outcomes- Oversee implementation, deployment, and ongoing use of product analytics to drive business decisions- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements- Work with technical teams to develop appropriate solution and incremental delivery plan- Work with product managers to define appropriate value metrics for each product- Use product analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actions- Contribute to strategic initiatives to shift towards value and outcomes-based offerings- Automate and streamline reporting on how customers are using products- Organize and run project meetings for strategy creation, planning, and delivery - Train extended product management team on how to define and use product analytics  Required Experience: - Strategic product management experience in commercial software, particularly B2B SaaS- Experience working with large SaaS product portfolio, platform strategy, and value-based offerings- Strong hands-on capabilities in analytics, strategy development, systems implementation - Strong analytical skills, as well as modeling and data analysis, statistical skills - Experience working with engineering teams on systems design and implementation- Strong organizational and communication skills to prioritize work and influence change- Understanding of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Kimble- Experience with product analytics platforms, such as Pendo, Amplitude or Google Analytics- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data transformation, and visualization- Proven skill leading projects from developing a vision and strategy through to result-oriented execution- Proven track record of influencing and leading change across functions - Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization - Understanding of healthcare industry and LTPAC provider operating environmentsIt is the policy of PointClickCare to ensure equal employment opportunity without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, religion, national origin, status, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other basis protected by law.
