We are searching for a Lead Program Manager who will help define a role focused on implementing national programs, leading cross-functional projects, and improving critical processes that impact all aspects of our marketplace. This Lead Program Manager will be specifically responsible for marketplace incentives as a program at Wonolo, and working closely with our product team to experiment, iterate, and optimize for the future of incentives. You will be influential in building our internal operations framework and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Account Management, Marketplace Operations, Marketing, Legal & Finance.
Revenue Strategy & Operations is a cross-functional team of program managers, system experts, & data analysts partnering with every team across Wonolo in some form. What You'll Do:

  • Design, lead and implement high-impact initiatives to improve our core business KPIs with a strong focus on analyzing ROI and A/B tests
  • Identify and assess operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes end-to-end to drive efficiency across all sides of our marketplace
  • Be the primary driver for incentives at Wonolo, and own the business strategy, roadmap, experimentation, implementation and presentation of concise findings company-wide
  • Partner with product and finance to manage our incentive budget, and experiment to develop scalable marketplace levers to optimize spend against key business KPIs
  • Lead program planning by defining business requirements, developing timelines, dependency mapping, resourcing, and removing obstacles to project completion
  • Influence the growth strategy for our marketplace through forming strong relationships internally, and act as a representative of the Revenue Strategy & Operations team

Who You Are:

  • 5-8+ years of management consulting, operations, or program management experience
  • Action-oriented. Experience building and managing cross-functional, high-impact projects or programs
  • An excellent communicator. You have persuasive written and verbal communications skills across diverse functions, organizations and teams.
  • Data-Driven. You are strong in Excel and are able to develop and track success metrics across every project you implement
  • Operationally oriented. You are obsessed with driving process efficiency and improving business metrics
  • Collaborative. You have experience working cross-functionally and with Senior Leadership
  • Self-starter. Ability to autonomously identify, research, design, and build solutions. 

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working with legal, product, engineering, or other technical teams
  • SQL, CRM, Data Visualization, and Project Management software experience (we use Salesforce, Looker, and Asana)
  • Hyper-growth or marketplace operations experience a plus
