BookNook is looking for a passionate person to take on and own all new customer launches from training to onboarding to implementation. This person would be responsible for the onboarding and training of each new BookNook customer, as well as the re-training of existing customers. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated,  comfortable working with little direction, be excited about building and running a training program for adults and bring prior large scale implementation experience to the role. This person will also be responsible for the BookNook support channel.

At BookNook You Will

  • Own the onboarding for new and continuing BookNook customers in large and emerging markets with the Impact Team
  • Work with impact leadership to develop scalable systems and processes
  • Work cross functionally to ensure all requirements are met for successful customer launches
  • Work with districts and internal teams to come up with a communication plan to begin marketing tutoring for target families within a district 
  • Collaboratively establish structured rollout plans including user management, Professional Learning support, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery and that plans stay within the scope of the partnership
  • Project Manage large scale development implementation plans between district personnel and internal personnel 
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Explore new solutions, including testing, design, modifications, and deployment required to meet both the company’s and client’s business requirements
  • Work with the engineering team to ensures all rostering and student data is properly routed to BookNook applications
  • Other duties as assigned

You are a good fit for this role if you have

  • 4-6 years project management experience or customer success manager, preferably with school districts and large community based organizations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency with and excitement about technology BEYOND Microsoft Office (i.e. Salesforce, Zapier, Excel)
  • Demonstrated understanding of the K-12 education space
  • Ability to conduct training over the internet/phoneJob
  • Primary Location: Remote
  • Ability to travel: 10-20%
