As a Solutions Consultant, you will help companies like Autism Learning Partners, Chancelight, Trumpet Behavioral Health and Bluesprig streamline their Practice Management and Clinical Operations. You'll have the opportunity to significantly impact the growth of our company and help redefine the way companies operate in the ABA space.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Partner with Customer-Facing Teams to articulate the overall CentralReach value proposition, vision and strategy to customers when it relates to RCM.
  • Own technical engagement with customers during the evaluation phase.
  • Communicate CentralReach value based on activities and work with customers on any identified issues or concerns to successful conclusion.
  • Technically support complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility.
  • Deliver deep-dive product and technical briefings/presentations to potential clients.
  • Engage with CentralReach Product Council, provide guidance and feedback directly from customer interactions and help shape product roadmap.
  • Assist Product Team with Product and Demo certifications, as well as helping with new release training and certifications. 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in ABA Billing (includes primary, secondary Tertiary insurance)
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurances and types of plan
  • Experience in obtaining, uploading and managing authorizations assigned by insurances
  • Aware of Medicaid protocols and can answer questions on proper workflows
  • Comfortable utilizing clearinghouses/gateways and how to navigate them
  • Knowledge of EHR and Practice Management solutions and technologies
  • Knowledge on how to invoice school districts/Regional Centers
  • Able to discuss how to invoice for patient responsibility and workflows
  • You’re naturally curious and invest time and energy into learning more about the sales process, your prospects, and the solutions you’re selling.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
