About Your Role: 
As Sendoso’s first content design lead, you will drive content thinking and UX writing across the product design lifecycle. Your focus is to craft content that makes our products easier and more fun to use. You will ensure product experience is aligned with brand guidelines and define content standards for our digital applications.  This role is both highly strategic and hands-on and has the potential to have a tremendous impact on the product experience. 

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of content strategy, content design, UX writing, or a similar role 
  • A passion for simplifying the complex and carefully considering the details 
  • Experience translating brand guidelines into UX content standards that can flex depending on the audience and their context of use
  • Desire to partner across product, UX design, marketing, and engineering in an agile environment
  • Ability to work effectively with distributed teams

What You Will Work On:

  • Defining content principles and guidelines for the Application Design Pattern Library (in partnership with our Brand team)
  • Conducting content audits to identify areas of improvement
  • Partnering with Design Research to inform content, writing, and nomenclature decisions through appropriate research methods 
  • Continually delivering best in class user experiences against our roadmap
