The Truepill Design Team is relatively new but highly influential. We interface with nearly all aspects and layers of the business. And, we're growing! Our team oversees product design, brand management, marketing design, partner marketing initiatives, and user experience – the latter being a shared responsibility across all team members.
We are seeking a talented Marketing Designer (Presentation Specialist) to help drive our sales and marketing initiatives across various channels. You’ll be extending the Truepill portfolio of brands across a variety of digital and physical touchpoints: desktop, mobile, social, campaigns, and print.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delighting clients & users: Using compelling visuals, you’ll create materials that simplify complex ideas and concepts. Further, you'll bring fresh ideas to the table to aid with our marketing efforts. These will be manifested across websites, our portfolio of brands, and within the look and feel of marketing campaigns and sales collateral.
  • Contributing: Leverage our existing brand marketing assets, and make recommendations to enhance the library. Develop new additions, providing patterns, templates, and reusable components to ensure a cohesive experience. You'll partner with other Designers, Content Strategy, Performance Marketers, and Communications teams to grow our marketing efforts.
  • Partnering & collaborating: Our users range from patients to prescribers, external clients, and our pharmacy operations team. Each has a unique journey, and these paths often intertwine. Collaborate with other Design Team members to deliver against larger company initiatives. Work alongside Performance Marketers, Product Designers, PMs, and Content Strategists. Be prepared to interface with Engineering, Sales, Pharmacy Operations, and Executive staff, as well as external partners.

What is expected:

  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to help drive client conversations
  • Demonstrate compelling visual design & engaging brand experiences
  • Deliver various projects ranging from presentations, static & video ads, email designs, social media posts, landing pages, print collateral, and more
  • Ability to understand and explore a problem, then provide solutions that translate into high-quality experiences
  • Continually elevate our "quality bar" for design that captures the attention of our prospective customers
  • Remain highly collaborative with others, and exercise clear communication skills
  • Willingness to share fresh ideas and perspective with a diverse & highly creative team
  • Maintain a positive attitude with the maturity to iterate following team/client feedback
  • Flexibility to balance multiple priorities and timelines; deliver in a fast-paced startup environment without sacrificing quality
  • Navigate complex topics within the limitations of a regulated space
  • Take privacy and client confidentiality seriously, including handling of PHI

We're Looking For Someone With:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Deep knowledge of building effective, visually appealing, on-brand presentations in Google Slides
  • Contribute reusable visuals, flows, and diagrams to our master slide library
  • Ability to uphold brand standards across a variety of marketing touchpoints
  • Experience creating visual solutions within client specifications
  • Background in Visual Arts or Marketing / Communication Design
  • Experience developing branded marketing assets including ad units, landing page creative, animation, flyers/inserts, etc.
  • Adobe Suite (PSD, XD, AI, PDF) + Figma
  • Familiarity with print production and/or packaging
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • In-house design/ad agency experience, a plus
  • Startup/healthcare experience, a plus
