We’re looking for a passionate growth marketer with great communication skills eager to try new and unconventional ways to expand our marketing reach and acquire new customers.   We are an experiment driven company and strive to be creative while also driving results.  The ideal candidate isn’t intimidated by testing rapidly, failing fast and pivoting to reach growth expectations. 
You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and be expected to work effectively cross functionally, particularly with Sales and Customer Success teams.
This position is fully remote, but you must be located and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate, prioritize and run growth experiments on a daily basis across all channels and product
  • Ensure we are collecting the right data to correctly evaluate experiments
  • Work with existing reporting and identify new dashboards/tools to help us measure and scale
  • Stay updated on latest growth strategies and tactics

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience digital marketing, biz ops or data role a plus
  • Experience managing digital marketing and growth projects from ideation to completion across various channels using experimentation frameworks and strategies such as A/B testing at a high volume
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Highly organized, analytical and process driven
  • Strong writing skills and disciplined documentation process

  • Experience at B2B SaaS startup
  • Experience with BI tools such as Klipfolio and Tableau
