About Your Role: 
As head of marketing operations at Sendoso, your leadership lifts the performance of everything we do in marketing. You manage a team of marketing ops professionals that learns from your deep expertise. Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll collaborate with the marketing team, sales operations, and business operations teams. 

Who You Are:

  • You push the envelope of what's possible in operations with your use of technology to give us an edge
  • You look to streamline processes with expert project management skills
  • You love automating manual processes 

Projects You'll Work On:

  • You'll manage the MOPS roadmap and resource it to deliver on high impact projects
  • Campaign operations: Support demand generation and digital marketing teams on campaign execution from a systems management and data perspective
  • Workflow automation: Integrate marketing and GTM tech stack and automate processes
  • Analytics and planning:  Be the right-hand person to the CMO to drive marketing planning, OKRs, and periodic and ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Project management: for cross-functional marketing initiatives 
  • Marketing tech stack management: Support the acquisition, administration, renewal of marketing tools 


  • You have 10+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS business in a marketing operations function
  • You have a background in quantitative or technical disciplines (e.g., engineering, computer science, business technology, statistics, economics)
  • You have managed teams of people
  • You have managed budgets

Bonus Points If...

  • You have experience with workflow automation platforms like Tray.io
  • You have technical experience in SQL, JavaScript, HTML etc that gives you superpowers to troubleshoot issues and unblock projects that require technical skills
