REMOTE ROLE: We are looking for a dedicated, customer-focused Renewals Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the annual renewal process.

Main Purpose

The Renewals Manager is a key member of the Sales Operations team and is responsible for managing all aspects of the annual renewal process. The position focuses on serving and retaining SLA’s for existing customer base, both install base and channel partners.

The role is primarily responsible for managing the renewal process for the APJ territory. This is a pivotal role in helping BP scale the renewal approach, creating and executing retention strategy within the region. The primary focus is (not limited to) is to drive and adhere to the newly established BP renewal process supported by the renewals guideline and ensuring timely renewals and high retention within the region.

Key Accountabilities

  • Working with various AMER teams, ensuring high level of accuracy and client satisfaction when executing renewal program
  • Generating customer renewal proposals for both end users and partners with a target of minimum 120-90 days in advance of expiration
  • Manage the renewal process from initial data verification, then quoting through to internal approval, then through to ensuring the Order can be processed correctly
  • Receive &Review Orders
  • Provide and maintain accurate records and documentation on all transactions
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve issues related to order processing, license expirations etc.
  • Deliver strong operations excellence, including forecast accuracy
  • Provide accurate reporting
  • Perform additional duties as required

Requirements

Work Experience/Skills

  • The candidate will have sound administrative and operational experience blended with strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Highly numerate
  • Strong commercial skills including strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage a large case load and multi-task
  • CRM (SFDC &NetSuite)

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient with excel and various databases & CRMs – specifically SalesForce
