Purpose of the role

As a Business Strategy Manager, you will support the Growth organisation on cross-functional projects. You will contribute to the growth of our B2B, B2C, Marketing and Partnerships team, working on scaling challenges.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and project management & analytical skills. You have strong experience in leading multi-stakeholder projects. You have a very data-driven and methodical approach on solving complex problems.There is an incredible opportunity here for you to contribute in realising Zego’s vision of building the next global insurance company.

What you’ll be doing

  • You will co-develop our GTM Strategy, alongside the B2B and B2C business leaders directors
  • You will own end-to-end projects, including tracking and monitoring project success and ensuring effective communication to all relevant parties
  • You will dive into operational problem-solving with the B2B and B2C teams; being able to roll sleeves up and get stuck into potential solutions
  • You will lead cross-functional multi-stakeholder projects
  • You will introduce new processes and ways of working within the Growth function

What you’ll need to be successful

  • You have 4+ years of experience in management consulting
  • You are effective at managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • You’ll are a great problem-solver
  • You are a critical thinker, leveraging data and possessing strong numerical skills and grasp of unit economics as a key metric of business performance
  • You have an ownership mindset; working with a high degree of urgency, resourcefulness and inventiveness
