About Your Role 
As a creative copywriter at Sendoso, you are responsible for wordsmithing creativity across all touchpoints. Catchy and thought-provoking phrases roll from your brain into ad copy, website copy, and campaign copy. Reporting to the creative director, you’ll collaborate with an in-house creative team, marketing team, and product design team to produce a wide range of projects.

  • You have a strong understanding of all relevant social media platforms (FB, IG, Linkedin, YouTube, etc.) with experience tailoring different messages according to placement and audience
  • You inspire and embrace challenges and new ways of thinking
  • You eat grammar for breakfast and typos don’t stand a chance on your watch
  • You’ve got a track record in both product and creative campaign work
  • You have strong presentation skills and are able to back up your workYou’re skilled at translating marketing objectives into compelling campaigns

You’ll Work On

  • Building, mastering, and evolving the brand voice and tone; we are conversational, human, and warm
  • Writing sharp, smart, and succinct headlines that demonstrate a strong point of view, and that you understand the advertising craft I(and most importantly your audience).
  • Concepting and collaborating with people across all teams and functions
  • Juggling multiple projects and delegating work effectively as needed
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales on presentation and deck copywriting
  • A wide variety of projects from banner ads to campaigns to web copy, and occasionally collaborating with a UX writer on our product


  • You have 5-15+ years of experience in copywriting for high-growth companies
  • You have experience working with in-house creative teams in a fast-paced environment
  • You’ve built a portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality copywriting, clever headlines and concepting experience via marketing, UX content, and long copy for websites and product platforms—the stuff that moves people to take action and sparks curiosity
