About Your Role
The creative director is responsible for developing a winning brand, launching novel integrated brand campaigns, and supporting the growth of Sendoso with high-quality creative output. You manage and mentor a growing in-house creative team. Reporting to the CMO, you collaborate closely with marketing design, product design, demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, and corporate marketing teams.

  • You are comfortable collaborating with people from different creative disciplines and teams
  • Has a proven track record in both product and campaign work

You’ll Work On

  • You’ll work on the brand direction in close collaboration with marketing, design, and product teams
  • You’ll ideate and execute big integrated brand campaigns
  • You’ll translate marketing and company objectives into creative strategies and campaigns
  • You’ll hire, develop, and manage the best creative team
  • You’ll ensure that the team is working well on creative projects
  • You’ll work closely with teams across the company 
  • You’ll oversee the creative budget
  • You’ll champion the importance of design thinking and be an advocate for the business value of design
  • You’ll keep up to date with the latest design trends, thinking, and techniques


  • You have 15-20 years of experience in the creative arts
  • You’ve managed in-house creative teams at high-growth companies
