The Stock Administration analyst will be a key member of the Global Equity Operations team reporting to the Director of Global Payroll & Equity Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on, end to end global stock administration who can effectively work in a high social energy and rapidly expanding work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the company’s transfer agent, outside broker service providers, and internal Legal, Payroll, People, Tax and other teams, as necessary.
  • Support employee understanding of equity awards and Company programs and policies and create and provide live and recorded presentations to new and existing employees.
  • Assist efforts to grow and scale the stock administration function, including but not limited to enhancing existing manual processes, automating processes and evaluating service providers.
  • Lead efforts to automate routine work streams and manual processes to enable efficient, accurate and timely processing of equity award data.
  • Maintain company’s equity data using E*TRADE’s Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform.
  • Prepare custom reports within EEO and Excel, and perform complex reconciliations to review accuracy of equity and transaction data.
  • Manage process for leave of absence vesting suspensions.
  • Perform complex mobility tax calculations.
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects and reporting as requested.

Experience:

  • Self-motivated, reliable, flexible, deadline-oriented, have keen attention to detail and are able to complete multiple tasks in a timely fashion, independently with minimal supervision.
  • Expert in the use of Equity Edge Online and Excel.
  • An effective communicator using any medium with a variety of levels of internal employees, business partners, external vendors, etc.
  • Compliance and process-oriented individual who is also flexible and can excel in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Willing and able to get your "hands dirty" and process transactions manually
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and ability to complete projects timely and accurately.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality in a very open and transparent environment.

You have:

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with E*TRADE, EEO and other major third-party equity software systems and brokerage firms.
  • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and internal/external partners.
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities and Excel.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize.
