As a Senior Product Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for launching and optimizing programs to support a best-in-class GTM lifecycle. You will work hand-in-hand with product and product marketing to drive value and efficiency from early stage product development through launch and adoption. To that end, candidates must be able to partner effectively across Sales, Client Success, Marketing and Services to enable and engage them for success. This role will report into the Manager of Product Marketing Operations. 

What you will do:

  • Develop and lead new programs aimed at improving efficiency, communication, scalability, and engagement of internal and external stakeholders
  • Own quarterly Launch cycle execution including internal preparedness and delivery to present the latest Bazaarvoice products in a forward looking, solution-based manner
  • Build regular syncs and checkpoints to ensure proper maintenance of Product Marketing and Product Management GTM process
  • Serve as the SME on core programs technology (Pendo, Crayon etc) to help our Product and Product Marketing teams drive new value
  • Partner with Product Marketing leadership to ensure regular synthesis of all sources of client input and needs to support product roadmap planning
  • Track overall success of the GTM lifecycle and impacting programs

  • You’ll know how to build trust and establish credibility with dozens of cross-functional stakeholders globally leveraging various in-person and digital communications
  • You balance a strategic mindset with attention to detail to ensure long term success bolstered by quick wins
  • You know how to command a room of entry-level, mid-level, and/or executive-level staff to achieve specific goals, gain buy-in, understand risks and agree upon next steps
  • You have an uncanny ability to help break down complex problems into discrete, manageable work streams for you and other contributors
  • You bring a consultative, positive, and value-oriented attitude to every team and project – helping stakeholders recognize and celebrate small victories throughout execution
  • You love a good process and are keen on building and optimizing a repeatable (and well documented) foundation for GTM programs

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years program management, campaign management, product marketing, product management, new product commercialization or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed management environment
  • Experience working in business-to-business (B2B) technology is desired. Meaningful exposure through agency or consulting work may apply
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, active listening, and presentation development skills
  • Experience with configuring and using Confluence, Asana or similar collaboration and work/workflow management tools is desired
