What you'll do:

  • Help new organizations learn to use CentralReachOnboard new customers, providing them with a core foundation to use the CR platform and aid in the customization of the software specific to practice management (client onboarding, employee onboarding, scheduling, authorizations, billing and payment posting)
  • Build strong relationships with new clients and develop an understanding of individual needs
  • Ensure timely delivery of all training sessions
  • Brainstorm solutions within the CentralReach platform to adapt and enhance customer workflows
  • Respond to customer questions via phone, email, virtual meeting throughout the implementation project period
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Ensure organizations are well prepared to utilize the system prior to completing their training

What you'll need:

  • Field knowledge of Applied Behavioral Analysis preferred
  • Previous knowledge of CentralReach platform preferred
  • Experience training both virtually or in person
  • Ability to convey new material easily and thoroughly and support organizations in their individual needs
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and HIPAA
  • EMR/EHR experience is highly preferred, although not necessary
