We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator dedicated to supporting our continually growing hiring initiatives. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the glue that holds everything together in the recruiting process: through coordination, managing the interview experience, and interfacing with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers. We strive to give every employee and candidate a genuine, transparent and hands on experience.


  • Create an exceptional experience for all candidates throughout the interview process
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across all verticals
  • Coordinate candidate travel and the candidate expenses process, as needed
  • Manage candidate communications and resources
  • Collaborate with Recruiters to create and continuously improve our recruiting programs and processes
  • Participate in strategic projects across Recruiting, such as tools implementation
  • Maintain integrity of our applicant tracking system (Lever) by setting up jobs and interview plans in partnership with the hiring team. You’ll support your team by logging all appropriate information into the system to help track candidate progress from initial contact to offer. You’ll work to become the Lever expert for your hiring teams.


  • Experienced in calendaring; previous recruiting coordination or executive assistant experience preferred.
  • Hyper-organized and attentive to detail; operational excellence is the name of your game. 
  • Resourceful. You may not always have the answers, but you know where to find them.
  • You are a proactive self-starter who navigates ambiguity with confidence.
  • Customer-centric and conscientious; you put the candidate's experience at the center of your decisions and actions.
