What You’ll Do

 

  • Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor for Testlio’s Hiring Managers developing, driving, and executing strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
  • Develop and manage a full-cycle recruiting process
  • Ensure fast, high-quality, and cost-efficient recruitment
  • Source, select, and interview candidates
  • Use a range of deep sourcing techniques to find candidates, both on Linkedin and on other platforms
  • Expand in-house sourcing capabilities and passive candidate generation across all functions
  • Build up a steady pipeline of suitable candidates using all possible channels (including direct search and agency management)
  • Research and map candidates markets
  • Strengthen our employer brand and ensure we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience at all points of the recruitment life cycle
  • Be the sparring partner to Testlio Hiring Managers and senior management ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the market being the go-to person for insights and intel
  • Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting and sourcing and help our Hiring Managers to do data-driven decisions
  • Mentor more junior team members

 

What You’ll Bring

 

  • Solid full life-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment recruiting for growing organizations
  • Proven success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
  • A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team
  • Ability to dive into new topics and hiring needs quickly and independently
  • In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources
  • Understanding of data in recruiting & sourcing and how to use it
  • Experience in doing research in the market on new and innovative industry trends, tools and recruitment techniques
  • Ability to develop talent pools in order to bring in the best talent to Testlio
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude
  • Reliable and highly structured working style
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels
