About Your Role: We are hiring a talented Supply Chain professional to join our team. If you're excited to be part of a rapidly growing team with interesting and complex challenges, Sendoso is a great place for you.

Who You Are:

  • A highly strategic leader with experience managing supply planning processes, vendor on-boarding and demand planning.
  • Someone that has demonstrated success in managing SKU-intensive assortments at companies that have a digital presence.
  • Drive efficiencies through key collaboration and integrations with best in class vendor partners.
  • Look for ways to automate and document the processes.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply.

Your Typical Day:

  • Review and maintain all aspects of the global procurement process
  • Manage all customer purchases to deliver on time and within budget
  • Maintain a forecast for all accounts for Sending volume by month
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and build reporting as required
  • Establish outstanding vendor relationships 
  • Research and seek out the most cost-efficient shipment procedures and methods

Experience:

  • Management of global distribution networks, both owned and 3rd party warehouses.
  • You have extensive warehouse and facility layout experience and you have successfully scaled operations
  • A strong international import and export understanding.
  • Strong data management skills (PLM, HTS code, master data).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all seniority levels 
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks 
  • Marketing and vendor management experience is a plus
  • Experience in data analysis and spreadsheets
  • Experience in negotiating costs and contracts with vendors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and project deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce and project management tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel) and/or Google Drive (Sheets, Slides).

  • Salesforce experience
  • Experience with ordering large volumes of merchandise and swag items
