VP, North America,  Partnerships, Alliances & Channels
Are you a strategic thinker and do-er who likes to help build a fast-growing business? Do you like building and growing relationships with top consulting, services and technology partners?Are you passionate about marketing & advertising technology and the rapidly growing customer data platform (CDP) space?Treasure Data is looking for a strategic thinker to lead our rapidly growing global partnerships team. This person will be responsible for driving and supporting a variety of key partner initiatives with technology companies and marketing agencies to drive awareness, relevance and revenue of our core CDP product.
Treasure Data’s VP, North America,  Partnerships, Alliances & Channels will be responsible for building and maintaining revenue and services partnerships and technology alliances, and managing the North American Partner Account Management teams.You will be responsible for identifying, creating and building relationships with global and regional partners, Agencies, GSIs, ISVs and building our overall technology partner ecosystem.You will work closely with all Treasure Data’s go-to-market and product teams in order to maximize the alignment with the ecosystem and its impact on the overall success of Treasure Data.

You'll help Treasure Data’s Go-to-market teams with:

  • Defining and rolling out go-to-market strategy for partner-driven solutions -- including AdTech/MarTech, consent management, customer journey orchestration, identity management, contact center solutions and other relevant CDP data-dependent services
  • Interfacing with key industry influencers and thought leaders to build and manage a vibrant partner ecosystem of mar-tech enthusiasts.
  • Oversee the strategy and operations for our relationships with Global, Regional and Boutique SIs and agencies, ISVs and Cloud Platforms
  • Overall support the definition of joint value propositions from a service and/or product perspective generating incremental activity and benefits to all parties involved
  • Design and deliver concrete go-to-market strategy for those alliances, tailored to the specifics of each of our partner
  • Coordinate field resources to support joint activities with those alliances
  • Manage a diverse team of highly talented Treasure Data partner-focused resources, both directly and indirectly
  • Ensure alignment and coordination with Treasure Data’s sales execution, product, customer and partner success and marketing teams
  • Monitor and track progresses across all of these dimensions
  • Act as a trusted and credible partner to C-level counterparts in partner organizations

  • 15+ years of Alliances & Channel Management experience
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand the strategic stakes in partnerships and alliances relationships
  • Readiness to continually built, adapt and adjust to a fast moving and changing environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the broad software/services ecosystem
  • Great communication skills and executive presence
