Percona is growing at the speed of light, and this is an amazing opportunity for a talented Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to help us manage change and scale with this incredible growth.
As part of the Revenue Operations Strategy and Enablement team, the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will ensure delivery on multiple cross-functional projects that support revenue development strategies, sales acceleration, technology adoption, and drive business plans and operations. This role will identify key revenue development opportunities and formulate ideas to maximize current and future business prospects/needs and mitigate challenges/issues. This role will work across sales, market research, and marketing to drive performance analytics and lead strategic initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth.
This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the Americas or Europe. You should be able to work at least five hours /day during the Eastern Time Zone.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with the go-to-market teams to generate and execute on strategies designed to increase demand and win-rate for our sales organization
  • Enhance and optimize our Revenue Operations processes and lead routing to ensure leads are accurately organized and properly distributed
  • Be a Salesforce champion with the ability to proficiently navigate the platform, create reports, dashboards, and optimize workflows
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and monthly reports to measure sales performance and effectiveness and provide business intelligence
  • Build custom reports and analytics to accelerate Sales insights and pipeline forecasting
  • Analyze sales data trends to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize Sales team performance
  • Work with executive and sales leadership to define go-to-market strategies, TAM analysis, territory planning, forecasting, process coaching and training management
  • Identify improvements to align with best practices and prioritize improvements to the sales cycle
  • Partners with leadership to recommend solutions to business needs based upon on-going research into new system features and functionality
  • Manages continuing configuration of business system, user maintenance and data cleanup
  • Support Salesforce integrations with other applications including but not limited to Hubspot, Intacct, and ServiceNow
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with external vendors to achieve project goals, where necessary
  • Participate in the evolution of team best practices, standards and policies
  • Partners with developers and vendors to ensure business requirements are fully implemented, thorough testing is complete and system quality maintained
  • Maintain functionality and enhancements for integrated systems
  • Provide general support to application users

What You've Done

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a Business Operations, Sales/Revenue Operations or Customer Success Operations role
  • experience within the software, technology, or XaaS industries
  • Experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
  • Ability to perform predictive analysis, trending analysis and supportive decision-making tools and techniques
  • Ability to prepare detailed written reports and procedures
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and make recommendations to align with industry and system best practices
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, fully virtual work environment
  • Strong organizational capabilities and ability to manage multiple time-critical projects
  • Self-starter who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience implementing, configuring and/or administering Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and/or Hubspot a plus
  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification(s) a plus
  • Previous Business Analysis or Project Management experience a plus
  • Data modeling and Data Management expertise preferred
  • Ability to utilize Marketing Automation, BI tools, and Data hygiene applications
