This Is What You Will Do at UiPath:Create a programmatic and measurable approach to drive deep engagement and maximize revenue from top accounts and existing customers. The VP of ABM & Executive Marketing will be responsible for creating the overall strategy, definition, framework, execution and metrics for developing a world-class Account Based Marketing program that drives customer utilization and grows revenue.  This program will help UiPath acquire new names/logos, expand in existing accounts and establish C-Level relationships. You will create the global structure and will execute some programs globally and others will be executed in the regions.  You will also build a strategy for Executive marketing that helps create new C-Level relationships.This role reports to the SVP Demand Generation who reports to the CMO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Based Marketing
  • Define and create a framework for integrated, multi-touch, multi-channel ABM program primarily targeted at existing customers and over time on new logo accquisition
  • Develop a differentiated strategy and program for expansion versus net new
  • Define program goals and components for both programs
  • Support sales in developing an executable key account plan by providing account intelligence and planning templates
  • Create and execute account specific ABM plans with the goal of supporting sales in closing large transactions.  ABM tactics include unique value prop creation, custom events, webinars, email campaigns, direct mail etc.  
  • Deliver a “champion-sponsored” ABM program to drive awareness and demand across the enterprise with customer support
  • Determine what is created and executed globally versus done at a local level.
  • Evaluate current activities and determine how to incorporate, leverage or discontinue  
  • Establish clear metrics and KPIs for measuring program success ensuring tracking through to pipeline
  • Customer Marketing
  • Maximize the spend from existing customers through:
  • Create cross-sell/upsell email campaigns (digital, social, email, content, events) to educate new customers and expand quickly
  • Develop a Customer Reference Program framework that can be leveraged globally (win stories, videos, PR, web) and stories created locally. 
  • Executive Program
  • Create and execute a comprehensive C-level program that includes unique thought leadership themes and content, online experience, innovation programs, executive networking events, VIP Experience at major company events/roadshows and an investigate if there is interest in an Executive Briefing Program
  • Ensure you can measure program success including new contacts/relationships, meetings, executive briefings, influenced opportunities and the ability to track through to pipeline.
