About our Recruiting Team:
We are in charge of finding passionate and innovative talent for our Engineering team. We are always on the lookout for the best people to join our continuously growing teams.
We are seeking a Technical Sourcer focused on all engineering hiring, who shares our philosophy that finding high-quality talent requires innovative, out-of-the-box thinking versus traditional reactive methods. In this role, you will be qualifying and presenting top talent in the form of active and passive candidate generation to the team while proactively pipelining for future roles. As the first impression of our company, you'll need to be able to relay a compelling picture of our company, vision, culture and responsibilities to potential candidates, and be fearless in pursuing great candidates.
This is a remote position based in the United States. 

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand each role, its function, and how it fits within the company
  • Build a strong pipeline of engineering candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Find and engage both active and passive talent on social media, as well as professional networks
  • Screen candidates and attract top talent to interview for engineering roles by offering a positive candidate experience
  • Research and utilize the latest sourcing techniques to identify technical candidates that align with our team's needs
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer (or a similar role) in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Lever or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other related platforms
  • Proven ability to work with hiring managers while developing creative and effective sourcing strategies
  • Track record of identifying and engaging with senior level engineering candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and team oriented
