Support revenue growth from $16M to $30M by December 2021 by leading the research to uncover buyer motivations, developing a messaging platform that emphasizes’s unique value, and designing a product launch strategy to accelerate customer value delivery and command the leading position in our top priority segments.


  • Be the voice of our customers - Conduct ongoing buyer and customer research to build detailed persona profiles, drive awareness of their needs and expectations across the organization and evangelize a customer-first mentality across the entire business. Deliver complete buyer persona profiles for sales, marketing and operations in our ICP within 4 months of start date.
  • Build the messaging platform - Translate’s unique vision and products into messaging hierarchies for each of our target audiences within 3 months of start date, and drive future development of solution messaging as we expand our ICP into other industries. 
  • Fuel Sales Enablement - Partner in the development of the sales playbook and lead the creation of our standard asset package (sales decks, data sheets, case studies) within 3 months of start date. 
  • Implement our differentiated story - Partner with Demand Gen and Communications teams to bring our differentiated story to life through thought leadership, content marketing, and our website - implementing updated solution and product messaging on our website within 6 months of start date. 
  • Make our customers heros - Partner with customer marketing and customer experience teams to amplify the voice of our customers, and lead case study development - delivering 3 case studies per quarter within 6 months of start date.


  • Customer Empathy -- challenges all teams to think about everything from the customer's point of view and consistently weaves the emotional thread of why a solution matters into the work being done.
  • Messaging --has built great messaging hierarchies (differentiated, clear, compelling) for leading enterprise-oriented software companies. 
  • Thought Leadership -- has proven the ability to connect solutions to big picture topics in the industry, and deliver creative ideas to amplify the unique value and position of an enterprise B2B product. 
  • Sales Partnership -- has the formula for equipping sales reps with what they need to win based on experience with top tier, high consideration B2B sales orgs.  
  • Cross-Functional Leadership -- has an extensive list of sales and marketing leaders who will endorse unequivocally. Personal Responsibility - acknowledges failures, describes mistakes and lessons learned.
  • Gratitude - expresses appreciation for co-workers and circumstances and has no sense of entitlement.
  • Integrity - behaves consistently based on high moral standards and forgoes short term benefits that conflict with those standards.
