Requirements

What you will do:
As the Email Marketing Manager, you’ll use your creativity, writing, project management, and critical thinking skills to play an integral role in our lead nurture, customer enablement and expansion efforts as our business continues to rapidly scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer, prospect and partner email campaigns from start to finish, including writing and proofing key messaging across different audience segments
  • Designing email layouts, partnering with graphic designers to create stunning visuals, testing layouts to ensure emails are user- and mobile-friendly
  • Planning and performing A/B testing to optimize email campaigns
  • Reporting and analyzing on email performance metrics and campaign results
  • Leading and supporting webcast production as needed

Your experience:
We’re looking for an organized self-starter with 5+ years of email marketing experience, as well as:
  • Strong written communication skills; able to write simple, compelling marketing and email copy and maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Ability to create visually appealing emails leveraging pre-built templates. Basic HTML editing skills are a plus.
  • A solid and growing knowledge of marketing automation and email best practices
  • Experience with marketing & reporting technologies: Marketo or other enterprise ESP, Litmus or other email testing tool, Salesforce or other CRM, Monday.com or other project management tool, Google Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent people skills to interact with cross-functional stakeholders
  • The ability to take direction and constructive feedback well
  • Comfort in adapting to changing business conditions and creative in suggesting new approaches
  • Graphic design skills are a nice to have, but not required
