We are revolutionizing technical hiring by giving companies a skills-based hiring platform that enables our customers to assess technical skills effectively. We are growing fast and looking to add to our Customer Success team. This position is Full-Time and Remote within the United States.

We are looking to hire a Support Engineer who can work closely with our customers and ensure fast and accurate response to their technical issues. As a Support Engineer, you will apply your technical expertise to independently diagnose and resolve complex customer issues. You will be working on:

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • System admin tasks: provisioning users, collecting data, some devops-type activities

We are looking for:

  • Attained a technical degree or experience with development and/or technical project work or internship experience
  • Strong CS fundamentals, including a good working knowledge of algorithms and data structures
  • Great communication skills: Ability to articulate an idea or a thought in a way that the audience understands
  • Love for the job & alignment with our mission of matching every developer to the right job

Benefits & Perks:
We have a full package of competitive benefits and perks which include:
