Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon. 
Our client is one of the largest sneaker and streetwear retailers in Europe, and after making their East Coast debut last year, they now have over 90 locations in the USA. They have a commitment to keep trendsetters of all ages up to date with the latest streetwear and sneaker releases, and they carry internationally known brands such as Nike, Jordan, Adidas, New Balance, Vans, Converse, Puma, and Timberland.
ModSquad is seeking some great Customer Support Mods!
Project Hours:Monday - Saturday6 am - 3 pm PST
Currently seeking availability:Monday - Friday, 9 am - 12 pm Saturday 9 am - 1 pm
Commitment:10 hours per week90 days

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Customer Support
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish languages, both verbal and written
  • Self-sufficient with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience with Salesforce & Must be willing to take inbound calls (the occasional outbound call), and also handle inbound tickets and chats
  • Recent versions of Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS operating systems that are still receiving security patches and updates
  • Must be available Monday - Saturday.  Weekend work is required
  • Reliable internet speed and service
