The Pipette team at Amyris is looking for a skilled Associate Manager, Performance Marketing (Retailer.com) to join the team to drive rapid growth of Pipette’s Online Retailer accounts. This role will be focused primarily on optimizing Pipette’s digital retailers and digital marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be flexible and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced, fast-growing business environment. This role will report to the Sr Manager, Performance Marketing (Retailer.com). 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Online results by managing Retailer content, PDP (product detail pages), assortment, merchandising and promotional banners
  • Be the main point of contact for Retailer.com both internally and externally, and partner with Sales Account Lead and Sr Manager, Performance Marketing (Retailer.com) to ensure clear communication of account status
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer teams
  • Maintain Retailer Calendars and execute to those calendars (seasonal sales, retailer events)
  • Liaise with brand Creative to brief retailer content refreshes 
  • Provide weekly reports by online accounts and its adherence to plan
  • Conduct QA testing on new retailer pages and promotions, e-mails, offers and new products to ensure accuracy and high-quality user experience with measurement of online marketing/promotion success
  • Routinely lead QA for branded features on retailer sites. Ensure that brands’ presence has products merchandised and presented correctly and in the best possible light

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous success working in fast-paced, fast-growth B2C businesses 
  • Strategic + Hands-On: Experience crafting strategy as well as tactical implementation 
  • Data-Driven + Excellent Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills analyzing large data sets and turning them into actionable insights 
  • Detail-oriented, flexible with an ability to multi-task and juggle shifting priorities 
  • Organized, strong project management skills with proven track record of delivering high quality work under tight timelines 
  • Decisive + Accountable: Must demonstrate sound decision-making and ability to react quickly under pressure
  • Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience 3-5 years of site, digital marketing experience (ecommerce preferred)
