About the role

  • Working closely with the sales team to develop an effective outbound strategy

  • Dealing with outbound prospecting - generating leads and building relationships by nurturing warm prospects

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

  • Using product knowledge to showcase the solutions that the company can offer to prospects

  • Measuring and analysing the effectiveness of outbound campaigns

  • Maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application

Requirements


Expectations

  • At least 3-year experience in a similar position, leading a full sales cycle and selling IT software services

  • Proven experience in working with foreign markets

  • Ability to address and manage customer’s needs regarding software development

  • Hands-on experience with planning and executing the strategy for selling services for new and existing clients

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in German would be a big advantage

  • A proactive approach to constant process improvement and willingness to question the status quo to offer the best service solution.

  • Impressive communication skills

  • Hands-on experience with sales/prospecting tools, such as Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Leadfeeder, Lemlist, Phantombuster, and others

  • Driven and proactive approach towards networking and sales

  • A clear understanding between B2B and B2C sales

  • Curiosity and tactic-agnosticism: willingness to test out new ways of getting leads and to probe various hypotheses of may or may not work
