Role Description

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will focus on crafting compelling and differentiated narratives for our GTM teams. You will work closely with the global sales and channel teams to help convey the value of HelloSign products and features to prospects and the market. You will work with the marketing team to ensure those narratives are also reflected across our integrated campaign efforts. You will serve as a subject matter expert to our sales teams, coaching them on how to convey the value of our products to customers of all sizes, industries, and verticals.  This is a highly cross-functional role, and applicants will be expected to interface with a broad array of internal teams as well as senior leaders and executives from both HelloSign and Dropbox.

Responsibilities

  • Sales enablement - Develop sales enablement materials and craft sales plays to deliver key insights to sales reps and managers. Collaborate with enablement teams to deliver the content in the most effective way to ensure retention of information
  • Sales and GTM strategy - Partner with our Sales and Sales Ops team to improve critical metrics like conversion and win rates through short and long-term strategies.  
  • Voice of Customer - Act as the voice of the customer in product development, design and strategy sessions. Collaborate with sales engineers and managers to ensure customer feedback is collected and incorporated into our roadmap 
  • Product Positioning and Messaging – Craft product messaging and positioning documents that serves as the keystone for internal and outbound sales assets, marketing programs, web copy, solution briefs, presentations and press releases.
  • Content and Campaign Support - Collaborate closely with the demand generation team to guide and develop the ideal content and positioning for outbound programs. Ensure product narratives resonate with your customer and speak to their challenges and pain points. 
  • Cross-company GTM support - Coach non-HelloSign sales and channel teams on the value of eSignature and document workflow solutions

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or Sales Engineering 
  • You have experience working in highly complex companies with multiple products and teams
  • You have experience working on complex B2B products sold to multiple audiences
  • You have experience developing messaging and product positioning
  • You have experience working with large data sets, and are able to slice, dice and present critical finds based on your analysis.
  • You are a self-starter and are solution-oriented, and can operate at a high level with senior-level stakeholders
  • You are a team-player first and foremost, and believe great things come from collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS degree
