Role Overview

In the Client Operations team, you will provide crucial operational support to our Fleet clients in Germany. You will be key in building out our operations team and wearing many hats, working closely with multiple teams within the business to solve any problems our clients are facing- or that Zego are facing that hold us back from servicing our clients.

About the role

  • Working closely with the Finance and Account Management teams to own the monthly customer billing cycle
  • Refining and executing a best-in-class debt collection process for late-paying customers
  • Building out regular reporting on claims and telematics compliance information for key clients and internal stakeholders
  • Working with Sales and Pricing teams to collect all information needed for new fleet launches, and quality checking the information sent through by other teams before launch
  • Supporting customers with key queries or challenges, working with the internal teams to facilitate changes to their policies or requests from the fleets
  • Working with wider Operations teams to build out new customer operational processes that will allow us to scale in our markets
  • Supporting the Sales, Account Management and Operations team with ad hoc tasks relating to fleet customers

About You

  • This role is well suited to someone with 1-2 years of experience in an operations role, ideally within the automotive or insurance industry
  • You must speak German and English fluently
  • You can demonstrate strong communication skills
  • You’re highly organised, logical and structured
  • You’re a self-starter who is comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy
  • You’re operationally minded and thrive when given the opportunity to improve processes and make efficiencies
  • You are a natural at nurturing relationships
  • You seamlessly juggle multiple conversations and tasks at once
  • Knowledge of insurance is a bonus
