Purpose of the role

Sitting within our Insurance Operations team, you will be working closely with our Insurance Capacity providers to ensure Zego can continue to grow in France. You will be responsible for launching new products, fleets, and managing our processes with our insurers for the French region- as well as solving plenty of ad hoc problems!

What you'll be working on

  • Working directly with our panel of insurers to build strong relationships in order to successfully pitch new deals, new products, and new processes/ways of working
  • Responsible for managing projects within the insurance team, including new pricing and product releases, for France
  • Supporting the Head of Insurer Partners and Operations (based in the UK) in the onboarding and set up of new insurance partners in France
  • Working with business functions, such as Sales, Product, Underwriting, Account Management to manage requests to, and from, insurers
  • Responsible for ensuring agreed processes and SLA’s are enforced, and updated as the relationships develop
  • Project management and implementation of large, ad hoc fleet opportunities

What you will need to successful in the role

  • 3+years of experience in an operational, process-improvement role in commercially-focused organisations
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a tech-savvy environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and experience managing external stakeholders
  • Ability to dig into the detail to solve problems and suggest solutions
  • Experience in insurance or financial services
