The Truveris engineering team is looking for a Technical Project Manager with a solid ability to grasp current product development needs. This role will collaborate with product managers, dev manager and business analysts to gather and create user stories, and to assess feasibility through exposure to both front and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of confidence in communicating across engineering and product teams in a collaborative, scaled and agile environment.  
100% remote position. Preferred candidates will be based in the US/ Eastern Standard Time Zone #LI-Remote #BI-Remote 


  • Facilitate and lead various scrum meetings (i.e., daily standups, retrospectives, sprint planning, backlog grooming, demonstrations) along with tracking and updating activities (meeting notes, tickets, delivery timelines etc.)
  • Refine and update user stories along with product business partners
  • Work closely with product management and development to ensure delivery of high-quality product
  • Track ongoing initiatives in all product areas including infrastructure, and develop project documentation
  • Perform QA stories to ensure they meet user acceptance criteria criteria
  • Provide data-gathering support for data analysis, as well as ad hoc inquiries, to understand capacity and velocity
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business teams
  • Foster creativity and improve efficiency by removing blockers for development team
  • Identify and manage risks, process improvements and release planning
  • Understand software delivery process and have familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and how to work with a feature-based environment (future state)
  • Understand change management that comes as part of deploy (prod releases and hot fixes)


  • 3-5 years of experience 
  • Experience in SCRUM, Kanban, SCRUMBAN, or/and similar project management methodologies
  • Knowledge utilizing Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence/BitBucket)
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, collaboration, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Must know how to operate in a distributed (cross time zone) team setup and what it takes to run teams in a cross-time zone environment
  • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Jira mastery is a huge plus
