As a Sales Enablement Manager, Customer Account Executive you’ll play a key role indesigning, developing, and executing on projects and programs for the CAE (Growth)business segment. You must be passionate about project management in service ofoperational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES● Partner with CAE leadership on business planning and strategy for theirrespective segment, then building and managing stakeholder documentationoverall including QxQ priorities and focus areas.● Perform detailed needs assessments in collaboration with Enablement and SalesLeadership to translate business needs into measurable outcomes and align tobroader enablement initiatives.● Build and manage CAE Enablement Calendar and CAE onboarding in partnershipswith sales and enablement leadership.● Lead continual training cadence of up-market teams in partnership with sales leaders for this business segment.● Develop, manage, and collect data that contributes to monitoring the performanceof enablement programs.● Manage the technology used for Sales Enablement (including Lessonly, Guru,Outreach, and Gong).● Own reinforcement and tracking of sales methodology usage for this team (Medic,Force, Sandler)● Create and draft project team communication and updates for projects andprograms
QUALIFICATIONS● 8-10 years of combined experience in Enablement or as a senior seller(Enterprise+). Would prefer experience with growing existing accounts.● Bachelor’s Degree preferred.● Familiarity or ideally a previous user of Gong.● Domain Expert. Familiarity with the sales cycle and essential selling skills/In-depth understanding of sales processes and challenges commonly faced ingrowing existing business.● Familiar with leading Sales Methodology (Force, Medic, Sandler)● Exceptional organizational, coordination, planning and project/programmanagement skills● Possess strong writing abilities to present project updates to executive teams● Experience using technology to support planning, execution, and communicationsmanagement● Self-directed and resourceful● Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
