The Business Technology team is growing and looking for that next high-impact hire that will play a key role in the rapid scaling of our business processes and tech stack. This isn’t another cookie-cutter BSA role. The role is truly hybrid across both ‘business’ and ‘technology’ and requires someone with a passion for designing, building, and supporting frictionless processes powered by best-in-class technologies.


  • What You Will Deliver:

  • Rich and Trusted Data:
  • Data is the fuel that powers all of our GTM business processes. It must be accurate, comprehensive and most of all, trusted by our teams and decision-makers.
  • Analytics to monitor and measure our data quality
  • Improvements to data quality and coverage 
  • New data management automations

  • Frictionless Business Process Flows:
  • Work gets done through well-defined business processes that become more complex and interdependent as the company grows. We design and evolve these processes to minimize friction (delay, error, breakage).
  • Process flow documentation 
  • Hands-on user workflow studies
  • New process automations

  • Robust, Sophisticated, and Flexible Technologies:
  • Our tech stack is a dynamic and complex organism made up of tightly interconnected best-in-class components. We are constantly building, enhancing, monitoring, tuning, and adapting our tech stack to meet the current and future needs of the business.

  • How You Will Deliver It:
  • Apply your deep experience as a BSA - process design, requirements gathering, documentation, testing, training, hands-on administration, and system configuration.
  • Leverage your knowledge of core Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and familiarity with other key enterprise GTM systems
  • Use your awe-inspiring organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, delivering the highest quality results in a super high-paced environment
  • Drive clear understanding of customer needs and business priorities through solid listening and communication skills, engaging training presentations, and thorough documentation
  • Proactively identify process improvements and new technologies 
  • Independently lead projects and scope, prioritize, and execute cross-functional initiatives
  • Bring your passion for continuous learning from both business and technical perspectives, and seek new ways to expand your scope of influence in the organization
