Amazon's customer service security is the first line of defense protecting Customers and their interests from technical & malicious adversaries, seeking to steal their data and/or cause them harm. Security issues at this scale and speed require a passion for engineering robust solutions to complex security challenges, as well as the ability to quickly design and build solutions to address them.

Our Threat Engineering and Development team builds technology to protect the customer and Amazon’s data through detection and containment before, during, and after attacks. We are looking for a technical and security-minded Sr Product Manager to manage all aspects of global product launches including, execution, communication, change processes, and feedback.. In this role you will work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to interpret, communicate, and drive technical security programs across Customer Service. If you enjoy managing depth and breadth, leading high-energy and strategic discussions, setting future direction on technical challenges (automated defenses, machine learning threat behavior, action-specific intelligence); we are looking for you.

The primary location for this roles is Toronto, Canada, but will consider US locations for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage global product launches.
· Collaborate with key business partners and at as liaison between the Product Team and other key stakeholders.
· Facilitate gathering product requirements and feedback from a global network.
· Coordinate Monthly and Quarterly Business updates to the Senior Leadership Team.

Basic Qualifications

· 5+ years of cross-functional product management or product development experience.
· 5+ years of experience working with technology teams to drive technical components and execution across product roadmaps.
· 2+ years experience working in or adjacent to Information Security spaces.
· Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven experience defining and leading best practices for cross-functional and distributed teams.
· Bachelors degree in science or technical field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

· 10+ years of product management experience.
· 4+ years experience in Information Security space.
· Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous input, dive deep on analyzing what your customer really wants, and deliver a solution that delights them.
· Understand technical tradeoffs and opportunity costs and make quick, business decisions with your engineering team.
· Able to dive into software environments and technical issues as part of maintaining the skills necessary to manage and advocate products and projects.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Comfortable challenging the status quo and questioning existing practices.
· Work well in a team environment and with tight deadlines.
· Ability to develop, track, course-correct, iterate a metrics-driven product roadmap.
· Work cooperatively with various teams, including engineering, design, business development, marketing, operations, sales and customer support.
